The myaccount page at allenhyer.photoshop.com shows that I have 20 gigabytes of storage used for my backups. That seems about right but only 49 photos are displayed in the express organizer. That does not seem right. What's going on?

Hello Allen,

I have verified your account from backend and there are 1759 photos present in your account. Please confirm that you are launching Express Organizer via Online Tools > Photoshop Express Organizer and there you are viewing your photos.

Can you please retry above and please let know if you are still facing the problem.

Regards,
Komal

Komal,

I tried the Express Organizer again and the photos did show up. I don't know why they didn't show up before.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Now I have to organize the darn things. No excuses.

Did you read the email about Photoshop.com closing down and images being migrated to revel?

Lori-

I'm sorry you are unhappy about the changes. I understand this is a big inconvenience.

I assume you are referring to your photos that are being migrated to Revel?
As Chris said, Photoshop.com sharing and storage is being discontinued. Revel is not a replacement for Photoshop.com as it has a different focus, but it certainly overlaps in the area of storage and sharing, so you were given the option to have your jpg files migrated there to avoid the manual effort. You can archive your entire collection to your mac/pc if you desire (see FAQ's below)

Here are some links you might want to take a look at. I hope this helps.

Doesn't work. I uploaded photos to a "safe" area and now they are gone.

The Photoshop.com sharing/storage service was discontinued last year. Email with details was sent to subscribers/users started in February of 2013.

I know that. I went to Revel and the ones I loaded are not there. Perhaps I went to the wrong URL?
