Premiere Elements 13: Where is the time stretching butten that makes it easy to time stretch with the cursor?

Why doesn't preimere elements have the option to trim the clip but the triming is in a matter of fact of - time stretch ? In premiere elements 10 there was a butten you could press and the curser became a trimer for time stretching. If there is an option like this in 13 I'll be happy to hear about.Thanks, Oren

Hi,
When you hold the corners of the clip and drag it inwards from either direction, you are trimming the clip. The time stretch option is available in the right click menu or inside the Tools action bar at the bottom of the app

But i want that the trimming allso will make the timestretch.
like in premiere elements 10 . it's a great function and it was lost in 13.
Why ?
Now wheni do a time stretch I can't see and prodict how long the clip will be and if it closses the all gap.

I came here from that forum message. It IS very specific to this issue, but I am here to request a fix for that missing functionality.
The ability to TimeStretch-DRAG a clip is VERY useful. The new, separate window functions are fancy, but MUCH more cumbersome for the FREQUENT gap-filling of a single image frame that I do.
I have version 15 (just switched from v 10). Will this Time Stretch dragging tool return?
