this is one of the most important tools on photoshop, WHY is it not on photoshop mobile??? it seems like a terrible mistake. Photoshop mobile is a very watered down version of Photoshop version. As for now, i find it pretty useless.

Because Photoshop Mobile is a work in progress. You can’t expect to have every single tool right from the beginning.

In which case it should be priced accordingly, ie released as a free beta. It's embarrassing how far behind Adobe is to Affinity and Procreate. Photoshop on desktop is a bloated, buggy mess, Photoshop on mobile is a half-baked excuse.

Nothing is *free* in a £600+ yearly subscription.

And a 'free beta' wouldn't be any different if you already pay for a yearly subscription on other Adobe products.

Everybody thinks that the tool he/she's using most must be the tool that everybody is using most. In reality that is hardly ever true. I never use the slice tool, for example. Adobe knows what tools people use often and what hardly anybody uses (because of the anonymous feedback that Photoshop sends back). They do take that into account, because that is exactly why they get that kind of feedback.
