Do you have any 3rd utilities installed? This isn't something that I've ever heard or seen before so we'll to track down what's unique to your system.

No but I did notice earlier today that it also occurred in another program. My image viewer, ThumbsPlus. It had not done that before today. My guess is that is associated with Win7 Aero feature.

This has been solved. The problem was a wireless Logitech mouse.
