When using Photoshop CS3 10.0.1 in Apple Mavericks, when dragging a layer to the trash the application crashes every time.

I'm having the same problem. Is the solution downgrading to Snow Leopard? I'd be happy to since Mavericks offers nothing but headaches and useless complexity in all areas

I'll try to crash it after I finish trying to accomplish some paying work in this now unstable OS. The forum link below says CS3 is no longer compatible with 10.9.
But reading further on that forum I see they were successful. I will find time this week to try a fresh install of CS3 with 10.9.

I'm running CS3 often for experimental Fine Art works. So I don't want to be on the clock with CS6 Creative Cloud financing their experiments and lifestyles when I'm risking my own.

Try turning off automatic graphic switching.
