Photoshop: When Saving PSD to PDF part of text layer goes missing

In PS6 when I'm saving a psd to pdf, oddly enough, one of my text layers only shows up in part. This has never happened to me before, and I don't appear to be missing any updates: Version: 13.1.2 x64 Operating System: Mac OS 10.8.5. It's fine if I save it as a JPG but unfortunately that won't work for printing. Any help would be appreciated!

Hiya Kerri,

This problem should be solved in the latest versions of Photoshop CS6 and CC. There was a problem, but we fixed it some time ago.

I would suggest verifying whether or not you have the latest updates. If you continue to have an issue, please message me here and we can set up a screenshare to resolve your issue.

Thanks,
David

You can verify you have the latest version: http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date

It looks like you're a Creative Cloud member, but you're not running 14.x of Photoshop CC.

Thanks guys but as per below, my App Mgr doesn't start to download:

How do I install the Photoshop CC update for Creative Cloud if I’m already a member?

From Photoshop CS6, choose Help>Updates... to launch the Adobe Application Manager. A new version of the Adobe Application Manager will start to download. After it’s downloaded, it will relaunch and the new CC applications will show up when you sign-in.

It took a bit to figure out but I've completed the update. Creative Cloud says that PS CC and CS6 are up to date but PS is still showing v13.1.2. I've restarted Mac as well, no change.

Photoshop CC is a separate application from Photoshop CS6. Go into the applications folder to launch Photoshop CC.

Howdy Kerri,

Photoshop CS6 (13.0.6/Mac 13.0.1.3/Win) Perpetual should have the fixes you need. If it doesn't, I would really like to know and walk though the problem with you via a screenshare.

Thanks,
David

I'm not sure what you mean by perpetual but indeed I would like to have the issue resolved in CS6.

Kerri, could you please make sure that you are running the above version of CS6 or later. That version does have the fixes you are requesting.
