What error?

What happens if you launch Photoshop first?
What happens if you drag the file to Photoshop, or open it from Photoshop?

I have a .pdf file with the error report, there is no single error code or message.

If I open Photoshop first, then try "Open with" a second icon appears briefly in the doc then disappears and the error report appears.

If I drag the image to the Photoshop icon in the dock or open from the Photoshop open menu - it opens as expected.

I can also use "open with" for a ,jpg file with other Adobe products as Illustrator.

I would be glad to send the error report to you if you wish.

Your install is corrupted - the binary for Photoshop is missing entirely.

Also, you haven't installed the updates, or an update failed at some point because you only have version 13.0.0 (13.0.4 and 13.1.2 are current).

I applied all updates, and while Photoshop seems to work there are two versions listed in the "Open with" list (please see the image)>

OK, it is possible that one of the installations is corrupt, while the other is good and working -- and Finder is pointing to the bad one.
