Photoshop: When do I get my upgrade?

I recently purchased CS5 and was offered a free upgrade to CS6 when it would start shipping. I contacted Adobe as I was supposed to do but have not received any communication back for support on this. the company where I purchased said that I was to contact Adobe, What's up?

We're here to help. Can you please send me an email to binghan(at)adobe(dot)com with the following information.

- Adobe ID
- Complete mailing address
- Mobile/home phone number
- Date you purchased CS5, along with proof of purchase
- CS5 serial number

I sent all of this information to Bing and I have not heard back from anyone. What is the problem?

Still no answer on this upgrade! What is the PROBLEM?? Customer support doesn't support it just p#$@#% people off!!
