Photoshop: When you press ALT & drag a layer style (Such as a stroke) to another layer, it creates 2 or 3 strokes instead of a proper copy.

When you press ALT and drag a layer style (Such as a stroke) onto another layer, it often creates 2 or 3 strokes instead of a copy of what you are dragging.

Does this happen every time or is this related to your other issue where drag and drop stops working?
