Probably never, as there is no way to know, much less model, the non-flat, non-centered field-of-view with tilt or shift has been added to the normal field-of-view.

You may be able to find some user contributions using the Adobe Lens Profile Downloader.

Perhaps a profile for the lens non shifted or tilted would be helpful
