when making large screens i.e. 20x30 once scrolled the rulers become jumbled and do not show measurements properly. turn off and back on, ok again until scrolled

Which product are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version?

What do you mean by "large screens"?

Hello Chris,

elements 13
windows 8.1

well it really doesnt have to be a large screen, if you zoom enough to where your screnn does not fit on the page and then scrool, that's when it happens. I initially said large screen because I was building a 20x30 and when zoomed in to move around the screen the rulers would get bugg. The numbers will become un useable. If you turn rulers off and back on they shoe correctly untill you attempt to scroll. Hopefully explains ok

tnx Dave

I think you mean large document, and you only mean large enough to require scrolling.

This problem could also occur in Photoshop CC. This should be fixed in the Photoshop CC (2015) update.
