Hi Cerbin,

Sorry you're having trouble with installation. Have you tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner? Download and instructions are available here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Let me know if that helps you.

Thanks,
Hannah

Hello Hannah. I perform step 7: Right-click the downloaded AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe file and choose Run as Administrator.
but the terminal window just closes without any messages or a chance to perform step 8. Please help :)
OS: Win 10 pro.

Jeffrey, thank you for your answer, but I'm sure I installed from Adobe.com, few times I tried, same problem every time. Just to make sure, you are talking about PS install, right? Anyway both, PS and Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool is from Adobe site.

Correct. Installing Photoshop. I suspect contacting support directly https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html will be the fastest way to resolve this issue.
