Photoshop CC 2015: When I use "Quick export as PNG," the file is missing necessary security permissions.

When I use "Save For Web" or "Export As" my files end up with the correct permissions, which are:-- Everyone-- SYSTEM-- My PC-- My PC-Admin-- Users-- IIS-IUSRS (gives me control over my inetpub/wwwroot folder which I work out of for web development purposes)When I use "Quick export as PNG," many of these security permissions are missing from the file. I only have:-- SYSTEM-- My PC-- My PC-AdminAdditionally, the broken file has "disabled inheritance," while working files have "enabled inheritance." (Can see this in the file Properties > Security > Advanced > Enable/disable inheritance button near the bottom left of the pop-up.)The broken file is otherwise normal (can open it in Windows Photo Viewer, move it around, etc), but when I try to use it in a website the console log gives me a "401 Unauthorized" error and the picture does not appear. So far, the fastest workaround is to make a copy of the file, which restores all security permissions, and then delete the original version and rename the copy. This is a pain when working with dozens of image files, though.Any insight into why this is happening and how to fix it?Adobe Photoshop Version: 2015.1.2 20160113.r.355 2016/01/13:23:59:59 CL 1059143 x64Operating System: Windows 10 64-bitVersion: 10 or greater
