I have a brand new printer and am running windows 10. I have had a computer geek check both out and have been told its a problem with Photoshop and to contact you (Adobe) or uninstall & reinstall the software. I didn't want to do that until I had talked to you.

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Have you installed all the updates?

Usually, crashes when printing are due to bugs in the printer driver software.

Which version of Photoshop are you using?

And have you checked the crash report (system event viewer or reliability reports) for the name of the faulting module?

Hi Chris, I am using Photoshop CC to print from. How do you check a fault report, there was no option to. The only option was to close.

Which specific version of Photoshop- check Help->System Info for the full version.
(CC covers 3 major versions)

When you crash, the OS generates a crash report with some important details, like the name of the faulting module). On Windows those reports are available in the System Event Viewer, or under Reliability Reports..
