When I export my pixel character it hasn't got any quality

It appears in my desktop like this:
Does anybody know why?

This image background is transparent and showing the desktop image in those areas. If you don't want that flatten the file (CTRL or COMMAND + . keys) and resave or just save as a JPEG, which doesn't support transparency.

Nearest Neighbor should work fine so there must be some issue with the file you created. Upload the original file you are trying to resize in PS to Dropbox and I'll take a look at it.

There's nothing wrong with your Character 1.png file.



Using Photoshop menu item Image> 'Image Size' with the below settings produces a sharp image retaining the pixel-like look when resized to 800x400 (or any other size). Next use Photoshop menu item File> 'Save As' with the below settings. Resulting 800x400 PNG file is shown below.

What exact version of Photoshop are you using (go to menu item Help> About Photoshop)?

God it worked, Thank you so much mate, i was using Photoshop CS5, I just deleted that version. Now i have photoshop cc
