Photoshop: When exporting a file to .JPG in Photoshop the settings screen won't appear

I worked with two screens for a while and when I was exporting files to .JPG through the export as... tab there was a settings screen that popped up on the screen i wasn't working on so i could choose the right settings and save it as JPG/PNG.

Now i'm back to working with just one screen but when i'm trying to export a file, the settings screen won't pop up anymore.. so I guess the screen is still opening on the second screen that isn't there anymore cause when i select the option export as, i'm not allowed to click on anything untill i've used the Esc. button.

Now the only way to export a file to .JPG is through the Save for web.. tab.

Could someone please tell me how to fix it?

The path you entered, is too long. Enter a shorter pathFile Name could not be found. Check the spelling of the filename,
and verify that the file location is correct.

Hopefully this will help. I'm assuming you are on PC though.

Thanks for your response, it still doesn't work though..
The settings screen just won't appear but nothing else in photoshop is clickable until i've closed the setting screen with the esc. button. So i guess it appears somewhere, but nobody knows where..

I used to have similar problems too, but after using
"long path tool" You can use to solve this problem.
