OSX 10.11.3
Photoshop Version 2015.1
Chrome Version Version 48.0.2564.109 (64-bit)

When attempting to switch between apps with the Command+Tab command on the mac Photoshop overtakes the focused app. For example, if I were comparing a web page to a Photoshop document and try to quickly switch between the apps to the browser the browser briefly appears before photoshop becomes the focused app. The taskbar indicates I've moved to the other app, but Photoshop stays on top of anything I switch to occasionally.

It appears to happen most when Photoshop is the first app in the task switcher and I switch to the second app (which is most times Google Chrome). Toggling between those will never result in the browser appearing on top even when it gains focus in OSX.

This makes using Photoshop documents for web designs complicated, and makes it harder to compare the accuracy of the page I'm working on.
