I have already found Lens Profile supporting Venus Optics Laowa 12mm f2.8 Zero-D from https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/supported-lenses.html
Venus Optics LAOWA LW-FX 15mm F4 WIDE MACRO 1:1 is a bit older then this lens but why still not found from the Lens profile?

Hi. The 15mm F4 is a "shift" lens and provides no EXIF metadata to indicate which position then lens is shifted to, so profiling this is not practical for Adobe since it would require separate profiles for each shift position. And, the profiles would not contain enough metadata to enable a reasonable match without users carefully noting which position a given image was shifted to.  You do have the option to generate a profile using the free Adobe Lens Profile Creator.

Thank you so much to your reply. However, is there any chance Adobe would consider to provide non-shift profile for this lens on Full-frame body EXIF detected in raw files? It's because this lens could be used on Full-frame body but shift function can't be used because it would cause dark shadows at upper or lower corners, thanks!

I am looking for this as well.  I have the Opteka version of this lens, which does not have the tilt feature, so it is a fixed lens.  Maybe searching for the Opteka 15mm f4 lens will find a lens profile?

There aren't any Opteka Lens profiles that I can see.  They have a number of lenses.

I don't think I have enough experience to make a lens profile.
