Photoshop: Random pressure sensitivity drop off with Wacom Cintiq displays

After reading dozens of users' similar problems and troubleshooting myself it seems that when drawing on a Cintiq using PS CS6 the issue is not on Wacom's end or Windows or even graphics cards but rather Adobe CS6. Isn't this an important issue? If this is something that is being worked out it would be nice for Adobe to say "hey, we're working on it" or(if I and many others are wrong)"Hey, that issue is not on our end".

All we've seen are Wacom driver issues, or system configuration problems (especially when Windows tablet settings are enabled, like "tap to click").

This does not appear to be a Photoshop issue.

Clicking the 'Remove' button in the Wacom Tablet Preferences File Utility and then reentering my preferences one by one did the trick! The other stuff did not work(drivers, windows settings etc). This seems to be the solution for now(only time will tell..even though I just drew hundreds of lines without having the problem to test this)

This solution works, at least for me and I have not seen any other posts on the web that say specifically to do this. People should know about this.

Unfortunately this did not remedy the problem.

HALLELUJAH! This fixed the maddening "line-line-BLOB-line" issue dead in it's tracks - SoooOOooooo happy I found this AND, more importantly, I made my deadline.
