Do not understand email notices about move from to Revel

I received an email addressed to "Amanda" (that's not me) telling me my jpgs were moved to Adobe Revel. If I have any jpgs I do NOT appreciate you moving them without my permission and I will NOT pay after my "unlimited free uploads for 30 days" that I didn't ask for. What the heck is going on?

The email that you used to post this forum message is the same one connected to an Adobe account and an Adobe Revel account.

Your name is listed on all 3 as Amanda Haviland. I will send you an email to clarify why the account you are posting from as well as your Adobe accounts have the name Amanda on it. using accounts that were.

As far as what is going on, sharing and storage cloud service is being discontinued. Adobe sent users emails asking if they wanted to opt out or opt in (default) to having their files copied to Adobe Revel before they are deleted from This is just an alternative service that Adobe offers and users may choose to use. Adobe has migrated user photos from to Revel. Users can login using the same username and password they used to use for to access their files on Revel.

Revel is a free service that offers 50 uploads a month. Users who wish to upload unlimited photos can choose to subscribe to a premium service. If this does not clarify the confusion, please let me know.
