Problems with technical support

Adobe has the worst support anywhere. I hate it. It is so complicated. I ask questions about one product and get answers about another. In the middle of everything I have to log on again and again. I hate it I really hate it. No simple help anywhere. I have to go to google and search instead of using adobe help. Terrible support!!!!

I enjoy working with Lightroom 5, but I had a problem. I contacted an Adobe Technician and he, with my permission, entered my computer to evaluate my problem. He found that I had been infected and a Technician can fix this for $300 dollars. He also showed me a list of not working items. I checked this out and is items that will not work until called for. This is normal. "I'm beginning to feel hoodwinked." I refused any of his help and after a time I found the answer to my problem with 2 click's of my finger. "Problem solved". Technicians resorting to this kind of behavior is a no! no! in my vocabulary. Still satisfied with my purchase. Frank!
