I am a long term user of Photshop and recently upgraded to PS CC. Bridge CC does not have the option "New Synchronized Window" under Windows tag. I have found this to be very helpful with my 2 monitor setup.

A few years ago I was a Bridge Pre-Release tester who had used this feature for years across 3 different Wiindows versions and on several upgraded hardware configurations over that time period without so much as a hiccup.

When word came down that the feature was being removed from Bridge I made quite a fuss since it was going to not only significantly impact my workflow when shooting on-location, but also it was going to make useless a significant investment in hardware that I was using at the time to take advantage of this feature.

The only response I could get from the engineers at that time was that there were too many support requests coming into Adobe about this feature to make it worthwhile to maintain.

My experiences as a power-user of this feature would seem to contradict that response.

I gave up on bridge after many years of consistent use. I am using Nikon View NX that uses dual monitors. Not as good as bridge for organization but for me who shoots 10,0000 images a week as a pro photographer in need a quick enlarged preview at a glance. I can't have multiple clicks to see if the group of subjects all are on camera or eyes open. I'm actually planning on downgrading my subscription to just photoshop. I find myself using the suite less and less as new realeses are coming out. Too many changes interfering with my workflow.

Stunned to see that, after all this time, the dual monitor issue for Bridge has not only not been addressed functionally, but that so little attention has been given to the affected user community in the way of explanation. Dual monitors are necessary standard equipment for any serious high-volume image editor. Apparently Adobe is either twilighting Bridge, or the intent is to drive me to or keep me in Lightroom. Neither will work for me. I've had to abandon Lightroom because its performance finally broke my back (even on my powerful built-for-the-job box). If Bridge (with its integration with Photoshop) can't deal with my dual monitors, it will be equally as useless. And that, then, puts my subscription, itself, on the block. If the front-end of my workflow can't be supported on an integrated Adobe solution, then there's no need for me to remain tied to Photoshop. There's too many other solutions, and some great ones evolving quickly.

Shame on you, Adobe, for your lack of openness on such a critical issue.

I really had hoped that Adobe would reinstall the synchronised windows. How difficult can it be to program this must feature?!

I agree, the New Synchronized Window feature is an ESSENTIAL FEATURE of Bridge.  I'm sticking with CS6!  Adobe has apparently become fat, lazy and arrogant towards its user base, as it is not listening to its users.  Time to look at Corel, On1 and other options.

One more person yearning for the Synched Window so I can use a multiple monitor set up.  How in the world can Adobe not address multiple monitors in this day and age.  Does ANYONE have only a single monitor?!
