Here are some things you can try if Premiere Clip isn’t working the way you’d like:

1. Make sure you have an Internet connection (you can use Premiere Clip offline to create a video project, but many features—including exporting the finished video—require an Internet connection).

2. Check the App Store to see if there is an update for the app available. Install the update. If an update is not available or does not fix your problem move to step 3.

3. Close the app by double-pressing the Home Button on the iOS device. Swipe to locate the Premiere Clip app. Swipe upward on the app to force-close it. Try the app again.

4. If closing the app doesn’t fix the problem, force close the app again, then power off the device and power the device back on and activate Premiere Clip.

5. If the problem still persists, use the search topics field to search for similar issues and follow any instructions posted there. If no similar issue exists, create a new problem report by clicking the “Create a new topic” button to gain access to champions and team members to assist you in further troubleshooting. We appreciate your help and feedback!
