Storycards help you plan your video by providing an outline for the story you’d like to tell. In a Storycard, you can add an image and text for the shot you’d like to take and replace it with video footage later in your process. To make a Storycard, start by adding an image or title to your timeline. Once it’s placed in your timeline tap on the image, and three graphics will appear on the right. Tap the middle graphic of a picture in a frame. This will give you the option to turn your image into a Storycard.

It would be great if you could create storycards then replace them with previously shot film footage rather than having to do a live record over the top - I'm making a documentary and that would really make my life easier!
