How do you save an edited version so when you post in Facebook it will show up correctly on a cell phone? My images show up fine on a computer but the edits do not show up on cell phones. Thank you.

Which product are you using?
Which version?
Which OS version?

What exactly are you saving?

Photoshop CC 2014 and Adobe Lightroom 5 we have a one year CC plan
Windows 7
Photos taken with a Nikon d3200
Studio type photos

I am trying to find the answer out for my daughter who just started in photography. She is trying to teach herself from other photographers online and Adobe videos etc. She was doing pretty good with the edits but the last group of photos needed to have the wrinkles smoothed out of the background (since just getting started she was using muslin and it's always quite wrinkled). Everything looks fine when she posts the photos on FB but if you look at your phone the edits don't show up.

She says the one that won't stay is the adjustment brush in lightroom. Also the Dodge tool and sometimes the paint brush.

We also keep getting a message in Photoshop that says "3D features and some filters (Flame/Tree/Picture Frame) require a minimum of512 mg of vRAM. Photoshop has detected less than that on your system. Updating the graphics card may resolve the issue." I am trying to also get in touch with a computer person to understand this.

THANK YOU for any help. She has more appointments for photos this weekend and she is already behind because of this problem.

When you are looking on the "phone" do you mean you are looking at the photos in Lightroom mobile? Or is the difference between viewing the photos on the phone version of Facebook?

Basically, the computer you are running on doesn't have enough memory on the video card to do the 3D calculations in Photoshop.

Thanks, Jeffrey.

It's just looking at FB on anyone's phone. Her customers usually look at their phones first to see what she posted to her photography Facebook page.

We just saw that we don't have enough VRAM. Our computer people said my computer should have enough but it doesn't. I'll have to find someone else who can help.

Also is there a way to put Photoshop and Lightroom on both of my computers without paying for 2 subscriptions? She uses a desktop and a laptop depending on her schedule. She needs to be able to edit on both.

A subscription is good for up to (2) installations. If you need a third computer, a second subscription is required.

Thank you so much. I was told, on the phone, by an Adobe associate that I had to purchase two. Thank you for letting me know. I contacted them again and they got her all set up on her laptop.
