Welcome to the feedback site for the Photoshop Family of digital imaging products.

We hope that this site will be a useful resource for learning about our products and influencing our product development teams with ideas and requests.

We're interested in what changes you would like see in our products. Do you have an idea for a feature that would help your workflow? Is there a small change that could be made to make your life a little easier? Let us know!

What can I expect from this site?

While we'd like to acknowledge and comment on every idea, question or problem that comes in, it's not something that we have the time or man-power to accomplish. We will read every post and use the information and rankings you provide to help inform the future of our products.

This feedback site in not an official support channel. We welcome you to use this site to post questions in search of answers - and hopefully - more often than not, your questions will be answered by either someone from the user community or someone from one of the product teams.

If you require one-on-one assistance or prefer to contact Adobe Customer Care directly, please visit the support contact page.

Will this feedback site replace the current user to user forums?

There are no plans at this time to replace the current user to user forums except for the forums covering Feature Requests. As of May 17th, 2011, the feature request forums on the user to user forums have been archived and a message has been posted directing users to submit their requests here on this feedback site. The main impetus of this site is to allow users to submit ideas and rank them - something our current forums aren't especially tuned to. If you like what you see here and prefer it to the user to user forums, let us know.

Will this feedback site replace feature request and bug reporting form?

Yes. As of May 17th, 2011, all digital imaging products will use this site as the place to submit feature requests and report problems.

The advantage of using the feedback site over the form is that customers will have better insight on what requests have been made and will have the opportunity to help rate and rank those requests for future consideration.

Me too. And once you get here, Help & support for PSE seems to be nearly absent, despite the 191 employees they say they have working on it.

As a user trying to get the most effective answer to a range of Lightroom related issues over the years, I find it confusing and time consuming to try and figure out which forum to post my query into, (or even if I need to post to both, given that sometimes issues aren't answered at all!)

Would't it just be more streamlined for everyone to merge these two platforms, so that expert and user knowledge is shared more evenly, making life simpler all around?

Aren't we all just after a clear appropriate answer quickly regardless of its source?!

(Case in point: I'm now going to post this same issue to the other forum too, because its not clear who I need to address this issue too!)

I'm having terrible trouble logging in.  I cannot log in with Firefox (Version 50.1.0 tried in regular and incognito modes) or either version of Chrome (I tried version 56.0.2924.51 beta (64-bit) and version 57.0.2971.0 canary (64-bit) in both regular and incognito modes.).  I had to resort to MS Edge to log in to post this message.
In Firefox the log in button simply does nothing.  In Chrome it pops up a prompt, I select log in by ID.  That opens a new window asking for credentials.  I can log in and in THAT window I can see content, but clicking any link opens a new tab in the original instance of Chrome and that is NOT logged in.  Closing this popped up window takes me back to the question of how I want to log in.

I'd like to contact Adobe to suggest improvements for Photoshop. Is this possible?
I tried phoning, but was told to search online by the rep who took my call.

This is supposed to be a bug-report form. I've used it in the past.

Now, when you select a product (like Photoshop), you're dumped into this forum. What gives?

Okey I read 'first' post in this theard and linked content as well. I have suggestion:

I got for my e-Mail information that my post got removed because of some word (however I censored it). Anyway I accept the moderator decision, but why in that message I had no the link to a post (topic) that was removed from, but only deleted text? For editing example I'm giving example of deleted post (there's disallowed word changed for this post, that could be simply removed, while rest of post kept).

Please refrain from posting something simply to agitate or be snarky.That only adds unnecessary noise. Instead, post things that helpful or help towards finding an answer, a reproducible case or a workaround. We want this to be a helpful forum. Thank you.

What is "Get Satisfaction"? and what does it have to do with Photoshop Family Customer Community, I see that it is mentioned/referred to below in an Photoshop Family answer or/and comment from the community.

I am always somewhat suspicious when a website which I have not selected myself asks me to login and verify my e-mail address etc...

Get Satisfaction is just the name of the forum software. It's an official Adobe forum, don't worry.

Browsing from Google the page https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/new directs to this Community Powered Support pages with the form to post an issue. However, at this point it is not specified whether the post is for the user community or feedback to Adobe, a bug report or a usability issue.

All my posts for Photoshop and Dreamweaver have been meant as feedback to Adobe, not questions for the user community as such. Thanks.
