Problem Description: Activation/Deactivation: On a regular bases I tend to replace computers. Then I uninstall Photoshop Elements on the previous computer and install on the new computer. Only to find out I should have deactivated before uninstalling :-( I definiately don't reinstall (tedious) but call the support. And the support says that they will have to add another license to solve the problem and that I have already done that before :-( This is "stupid" system. Other software vendors with online registration and limited licences provide the possibility to deactivate your product in your online web account. Why don't you add that functionality to all of your products (if they are registered). That would save you a lot of support money and make your customers happy.

Conclusion: Add "Deactivation" buttons beside the registered product in the web account. Since i.e. Photoshop Elements allows 2 computers, both their computer name should be there with a "Deactivation" button beside each. But this should be able to generalize for all registered products.
