LIGHTROOM Web galleries: Please strip the GPS data from my pictures

I do like the HTML5 web galleries of Lightroom 6/CC. I would like them even more if Lightroom 6/CC stripped the GPS data out of my pictures when generating the large images for the web galleries.

Also, I would appreciate an option to constrain the max size of the large images right within Lightroom. I would prefer 900px max width/height for those images, not the 1200px max width/height that come as standard.

Hi Jens,
Glad to know that you like the new HTML5 galleries. If you look closely, in the right side bar, you could see 'Metadata' setting, which you can set to either 'Copyright Only' or 'All'. If you have set this to 'Copyright Only', then Lr will strip all the metadata including the GPS data.
Size of the output image too, can be set using the 'Size' option provided in the right bar.
Hope this helps.

Hi Asha:
Thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately, 'Copyright Only' will not strip the GPS data. This must be a bug inside Lightroom. Please find my screenshots as a reference.
Yours,
Jens

Also, there is no 'size' option in the right bar. There is an option for the size of the thumbnails. There is a quality option for the full size images. But there is no size option for the full size images anywhere. Asha, please point me to it if I am mistaken. Thanks! --Jens

Ah, you are using 'Square Gallery'. That doesn't have the size option, though the default classic library has. We will check if we can do something about it.

If the 'Copyright Only' option is not stripping the GPS information, it is definitely a bug. I will raise a bug and let you know the status. Jens, thanks for reporting this.
