My 1.1 Lightroom cc doesn't have export watermark feature, while my iPhone Lightroom has the watermark export  feature. Why is that??

It's currently only available in Lightroom CC for iOS. Hopefully it'll come to other versions before too long.

Lightroom was growing into a wonderful product until this revision.   And the ability to add watermarks (graphic watermarks) made it a wonderful product because I no longer had to use a separate piece of software to perform that task.
I have been very disappointed with the new products by Adobe.  And now not having the ability to watermark my photos, that disappointment is worse.  Please add it back.  SOON.

If it isn't added back I am going to be forced to look at other options out on the market to do my post-processing.  They are out there.  And most are less pricey.  But my loyalty with Adobe has kept me from changing.  This loyalty is quickly fading.

And Lightroom still is growing into a wonderful product. The application you are referring to is not a "revision", it is instead a brand new desktop product, built from scratch, and is cloud-centric (i.e. all originals images are stored in the cloud, though they can optionally be stored locally as well).

On the same day that LRCC was released, the latest version of the traditional Lightroom (version 7) was also released, but now called Lightroom Classic. Classic retains all the familiar tools you are used to, and some more.

So if watermarking is essential to your workflow, Classic is probably the product you should be using.
