As the title describes, upon opening a PSD, my wacom intuos pro behaves normally with the paint tool and everything else. When zoomed into anything but fit to screen, it begins to move the canvas around and will not function on whatever tool it's on.

If you updated windows 10 and run into problems with wacom, then here is a hot fix.

Open Command Prompt, by typing CMD in Start Menu, right click on it and choose "Run as Administrator"

Type in this, or copy but ignore the " "

"reg add HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Pen /v LegacyPenInteractionModel /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f"

Enter, see if CMD confirms the action is successful then exit CMD.

Restart the computer and its done.
