I would love to be able to see what exactly I did as changes on a per photo basis in the quick develop module without having to switch into the Develop Module  For Example, the different arrows would change color after being depressed to give some feedback.

Use Loupe view [E]
Quick Develop changes are visibly obvious to me. Including the Presets available! (CC2015.5.1 Windows-10)
If you are not seeing changes then maybe Re-build previews, Reset Preferences, Re-install LR.

If you mean "History", then no, you need to be in the Develop module to view History.

I understand what you mean Darren. Can you explain to the engineers how that would be useful, or why that information matters to you?  For example, I can imagine it would be useful to know that you pushed the exposure to +3, but is there a particular reason you need to know that you used the highlights slider?
