Revel: Videos not uploading from iphone

I've been trying to evaluate if Adobe can be my photo/video solution of the future, but am having a difficult time trying to get videos to upload from my iphone. My library says it is up to date, but when I go to access any of my videos (from my iphone or the adobe website) it shows a cloud and says "preparing video" nothing happens. This has been going on for days. Pls help.. I'd appreciate an additional week extension of my free month to evaluate the video capabilities. Thanks.

Apologies -- We had some issues with handling video uploads that started on January 26 and was fixed early yesterday. We are looking at the best way to easily fix this for users and may contact you to help us out.

I've extended your trial for 1 month in the meantime.

Again, sorry that you hit this issue. We will do better in the future.

Thanks Peter.. appreciate the quick response. Pls let me know how I can help fix this issue.

Also, I noticed my account now says "subscribed".. Will I be notified in the 1 month that my free trial is ending and have the ability to subscribe monthly or annually?

If you don't want to wait for a fix from us, please make sure you have a local copy of the video, then delete it from Revel and re-upload. Let us know if you choose to do that (so we can drop monitoring your account as part of our fix).

And yes, you will be notified when the trial ends and given a choice to subscribe or stay as a free user.
