Very poor, actually... non-existant "off shore" support

It only took 60 seconds to totally lock-up PSE11 trial version when I tried to convert my PSE10 catalog in the Organizer (Editor isn't locked-up).

Adobe support refused to assist since this wasn't "paid for". Independantly I performed a re-install only to be still locked-up when complete.

I'm not a happy camper! I want my PSE11 to work before I buy.

I'm as close to a charter member of PSE as can be, having upgraded with each and every new version from 4 or 5. I would have expected more help but now I'm thinking that my upgrade days are over.
