Photoshop.com: Billing issue with Photoshop.com

I was on the phone with India today 7hours. I am frustrated and very angry. I had a small problem that they had no authority to solve. case#209853771. I was trying to get ahold of adobe photoshop to send a email on this problem, to no avail. They even sent me a link to delete my account. It wouldn't take it. Did not send. There was a problem. As you can see my FRUSTRATION. Come on, 7 hrs on the phone. I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO ON NEW YEARS EVE. Give me a break. Maybe after this, I can get someone to call me WITH AUTHORITY or Email me. Very sorry for the company PR. It SUCKS!!!!

They are taking me off because off line, bad pr. I will be back. They should call me or email me. I am very frustrated.

great way to start a new year with frustration with Adobe Photoshop. I guess 7 hours on the phone will do that to you.
