Photoshop: Linked vector mask won't follow layer, and history won't restore it's placement...

I'm using CS5 on a mac Pro running Snow Leopard.
A recent bug, very annoying, happens when I move a layer that has a vector mask linked to it: the mask won't follow the layer (yes, they're linked), and when I go back in the history panel, the vector mask doesn't move back to place, it stays off the layer. Only workaround I found is to convert to a pixel mask.
Any Ideas for a fix?
Thanks...

Do you have all the Photoshop CS5 updates installed?

And have you tried the trial of Photoshop CS6?

Thanks for replaying, Chris Cox.
Yes, all updates installed; I thought it might even be related to un update... (Adobe or Apple)
The bug appeared recently, both on my Mac Pro and my MacBook Pro, both running the same version of everything. Before I used vector masks without any problem.
I haven't tried CS6 yet, probably will try it soon enough, but this isn't a solution or rather a very expensive and radical one for this bug.
