This is Photoshop CC 2014.

Photoshop is rendering vector shapes horribly incorrectly. Please review the screenshots two screenshots.

I have two star shapes on my vector layer; the inner star is subtracted from the outer. I'm nudging the outer shape by less than one pixel, while the inner shape is not being nudged at all, and the pixel rendering is all messed up. It changes all over the place, but only after the 4th or 5th nudge. Look at the lines of the vector shape, and you'll see that they're being rendered incorrectly all over the place.

Please help! I can't create pixel-perfect shapes like I used to be able to.

Just wanted to a more simple example of this bug.

I'm running OS X 10.9.4, for what it's worth.
