Using Mac OSX 10.13.6 w/ PS CC 2019 I am suddenly getting a magenta cast to my grayscale images when using profiles in PS. If I use the Epson controls, the shift disappears. Reset all prefs, checked colorspace, etc. Help!

Did the change in printing coincide with an OS upgrade or a new version of Photoshop?

Yes.  Same day updated to 20.0.3 build.  Last OS update was probably 30 days prior.

Have you tried reinstalling the driver or deleting and creating a new instance of the printer in the OS prefs?

Alternately, have you tried reverting back to 20.0.2?

You'll need to delete the current 20.0.3, you can use the Uninstaller in /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC 2019/Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CC 2019

Then go to the Creative Cloud app and click drop down arrow to the right of the open button:

Select Manage and then Other Versions:

This takes you to the download window:

Select the version you want to install.

Finally just deleted the Epson P800 printer and added it back from scratch.  Color cast gone.  Still using the 20.0.3 build.  Yowzah.......
