Using Flow with Shift

My idea is: if I use the brush and drag down Flow to 12% - if I hit Shift then Flow will automatically change to 100% as long as I have Shift - and then return to 12%.

@pe sthlm: am I correct in thinking that you want to be able to set the Flow for something less than 100 and still be able to temporarily set it back to 100 using Shift without having to reset the brush to the lower flow?

Can you describe the workflow where you need this. The thing is, as Earth has pointed out, the Shift key is normally used to type in any new Flow amount, so choosing Shift might not be the best option, but perhaps if the workflow you describe appeals to enough people, Adobe might come up with a keyboard method for what you want.
