Elements 15: Enhance: Auto Shake crashes (2017 iMac running 10.12.6)

Although I could have redownloaded Elements 12 (had it on my iMac 2009 running El Capitan), I opted to buy Elements 15 to run on my iMac 2017 running Sierra 10.12.6.  When I try to use Enhance: Auto Shake Reduction, it crashes Elements every time.  I have tried changing Settings like Memory Using Range, History, and Cache.

Hi ,

Can you share the crash log ?
Are you facing this issue on specific image or on all images?
Have you  purchased Elements from any retail or from Mac Appstore?

Thanks,
Neeraj

Thanks for your reply.  Apparently, the larger files such as 4.8 meg and 5.8 meg were causing Elements 15 to hang up.  I shut off the computer and powered it up again.  I tested Auto Shake Reduction on photos of smaller sizes such a 582 KB.  Those did not crash or hang-up Elements 15, or even require several seconds of waiting.  Then, I went back to testing Elements 15 using increasingly larger sized photos.  Although, the spinning icon showed up for several seconds, and then the program just hung for several seconds more, the program did not hang-up.  So it appears to be working. Thanks again for your reply!
