Lightroom Classic: User Presets for Resize

With all the various sizes required for web posting, I'd like to be able to save the custom size as a User Preset.

Not only would this be for the major social media (which could be included standard) such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. but I have a need for custom sizes.

Every school that I shoot for has a different screen size. As an example I have a school that needs 713x308 and another that requires 859x387. Very odd sizes, I know, but that's what they want.

And yes, while some end up being standard ratios, it would be a lot easier to just be able to grab the school name (because sometimes the same school has different properties and multiple sizes) in a preset, just like other areas.

Resize is a function of the Export dialog (where you can save a preset to a specific pixel dimension/window).
or
Are you talking about the aspect ratio in the Crop tool?

Sorry, yes I am referring to that. Maybe the same User Preset could be used, since for the schools, I first need to crop in their specific ratios, and then export in the same ratio. If I could 'call' the same User Preset, it would be great.

You could use the Any Crop plugin to define any number of named presets, which can be defined to crop to an aspect ratio or to an exact pixel size.  The plugin will also apply multiple presets to a batch, producing virtual copies for each preset, which would let you produce crops for all the schools at once. After optionally adjusting the crop positions manually, you can then Export to the desired pixel sizes using a different Export preset for each school.
