To whom it may concern:

Why is Adobe so hard to contact by email. I do not always want to chat with someone. Why did Adobe mess up Photoshop 9? 9 is so hard to import a picture and save it directly to the folder. Photoshop 7 was easy to do. I am going to take out Photoshop 9 and put back in Photoshop 7. Will someone please help me to contact Adobe by email? I will put Photoshop 7 back in soon. Someone please respond.

Is this a question about Photoshop CS2 (9.0, 3 versions back)? Or are you asking about Photoshop Elements 9 (current version)?

I do not understand the nature of your question, as importing and saving files is identical between versions 7 and 9.

As to contacting us by email, if you are looking for technical support, you should create a new case on the Support Portal:

Log into Adobe.com, then on your account page click View Support Information. On the Customer Support Portal page, under the Get Support section, choose the type of issue you are dealing with from the drop-down menu, then choose your product. For products that must be purchased (such as Photoshop or Photoshop Elements), you must have registered that product before you can create a case for it.

That is not the normal behavior. I have Mac 10.6.7 and operate the Organizer without issue. When do the freezes and restarts (app crashes?) occur? Only when attempting to "complete a[n] online folder"? What do you mean by this exactly?
