I just downloaded Photoshop.com to my HTC Vivid phone, and created an account. I can create albums and upload pics via my PC, and I can view them under the "online" tab on the phone, but I could not upload pictures from the phone. Attempting to upload a picture or two puts it in a queue, and viewing the picture shows the "Waiting to Upload" message, but it never does. If I go to the top of the screen and pull down the notification screen, a notification for Photoshop.com app says "Uploads have stopped since no data connection is available". I am connected to my home Wi-Fi, and all other internet-based services work jut fine.
Here's what finally resoved the problem: I tried giong into the settings, clearing the image cache, making sure "auto upload" is off, signing out, closing the app, going into Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Photoshop Express, and using "force stop" and "clear cache" butons, then restarting the app and signing back in. I'm not sure all these steps are neccessary, but this is the combination that finally worked for me!
