Premiere Elements: Upload FLV to Photshop.com could not convert.

I have uploaded a .flv movie created in Adobe premier elements 9.
However, Photoshop.com says they are sorry, but they are unable to convert this movie to a format suitable for web browsing. What could have caused this problem? Can I get any more specific diagnostic information? What can be done to fix this problem?

Thanks!

Photoshop.com only supports processing and playback of FLVs which use the Sorenson codec. Due to codec licensing restrictions, there is no support for the On2 codec (also known as VP6). Please save your video project using another file format -- I recommend MP4.

Thanks, to get MP4 I used the "Mobile" menu.

It is unfortunate the software contains this first order error without providing the user with any documentation or diagnostic assistance.
