Lightroom CC: Upload prioritization

When first migrating a collection from the app formerly know as "Lightroom", or following a long shoot, the resulting upload to the CC cloud can easily take hours, if not days.  And this is on a fast FTTC connection in Europe, I hesitate to imagine how bad it would be on the slowest US connection the FCC would like to class as "broadband" if they could get away with it!

It would be very desirable if it were possible to pause uploads on a per-folder basis, or flag folders as high-priority so that they're guaranteed to be uploaded (and so safely backed up) before all other images.

Similarly, it would be ideal if images with higher ratings were prioritised (and unrated images ranked as though they had 3 stars). Again, with the goal of making sure that more important material is preferentially backed up.

Hi Kevin,

although I don't use the cloud-part of Lightroom I like your approach very much !

It seems reasonable to do 'first things first' - I vote for this !

great idea!
Boosting upload of selected images would be highly welcomed.

I would also like an automatic retry of non-synchronized images. (They currently can be found in the synchronization error folder where I can do a manual retry of the upload.)
