Photoshop Elements: Can I upgrade to Elements 10 from Elements Editor 9 purchased on the Mac App Store?

I purchased Photoshop Elements 9 Editor from the Apple App store in August. Elements 10 came out in September. I'd like to upgrade but there is no option on the App store to upgrade. It appears the upgrade price from Adobe is $79 from the full version of 9. Is there a method to upgrade at a reduced price due to the newer version announced a month after my purchase? Its not listed in the Apple App store at this time.

From the Elements Team: Customers who purchase PSE9 Editor in the Mac App Store are entitled to upgrade to PSE10 for the $79 upgrade price.
If they go to the Elements product page and look over on the right for the [Buy] button under the Upgrade from $79 text, they can purchase the upgrade. When they click on Buy, they will get a little form that asks them what they own. They should select "Photoshop Elements 9 Editor."

There is currently no way to upgrade to PSE10 inside the Mac App Store.
