App locking up when trying to download pictures from QXD card reader.  Worked fine prior to update.  Now it won’t read the card and if it does read the card, I can’t download them...just locks up the app.  I’m using 2018 iPad Pro on iOS 13.5.1

Hi  Tracy

We tried reproducing this in house, but my team mate has only a SD reader and not a QXD reader.

Does it help if you restart the device?

Also, I wonder if it relates to another problem reported recently.  Please check iOS Settings.app > Privacy > Files and Folders > Lightroom and see if that button is on.  If you see two, try turning both on.  Some users are see two settings, one is off, and turning both on should reduce this to the single expected setting.

I copied files to camera’s sdxc card and that worked. QXD card reader did not.

Thanks for the update.

Was your QXD card formatted inside your camera, or elsewhere (ie, on PC)?

Is your QXD adapter the newer USB style, or the older lightning cable style?

We could not reproduce a problem reading from the QXD card reader on our team, and may follow up with you if we have additional questions.
