Elements 13.1: Update loop

I have Premiere Elements 13 and a message for update 13.1 keeps popping up. I've ran the update probably 6 times now and I still get the message. It even "installs" the update and then premiere opens back up and prompts me again. An endless loop.

Hi Sheldon,

please launch updater through help> updates, let us know if after applying updates from here, and launching help> updates again, you are seeing updates available?

please send the following details to aksagarw@adobe.com
the platform you are using ,
the logs , screenshot of update ,
contents of folder at location
for WIN: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobePRE13-64\
for MAC: / Library/Application Support/ AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0

I launched the updater through help>updates and the problem went away.

Please follow the steps below, these should fix your issue:

1. Update Adobe Application Manager from following link:
WIN : https://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...
MAC : https://www.adobe.com/support/downloa...

2. After Adobe Application Manager is updated, launch Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Editor or Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Organizer.
3. Go to Help > Updates and install Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.1 update.
