Lightroom Classic CC: hide unwanted info on map

All those commercial markers on the LR map are really becoming annoying and counter productive?  What I'm talking about are icons marking restaurants, hotels, shops, parking lots, night clubs, stores, shoe shine stands, and virtually everything else that Google knows about where they can determine a location?

In the early days of the Map module, this was not all that much of a problem as these extraneous items were somewhat sparse but now one can hardly find the actual image markers on the map among all these other items and there must (or should be) a way to select which - if any - you want to see.

If anyone knows a way to hide these markers please let me know.  Otherwise please VOTE for this idea and add your "me too" comments (assuming you agree)

To get rid of the advertisements change the Map Style, which is 'Road Map' above, to Hybrid.

Yes, at the bottom left of the map, in the "Map Style" dropdown list, select "Clear".

It's "light" in the English language version.

The commercial labels show but aren't as obvious. Neither are any other map features, so I don't think the suggestion has much value.

So, far, none of the suggestions seem to work.  There is no "clear",  Selecting "Light" just makes the markers paler, and "Hybrid" still shows markers.  The only map view that actually seems to get rid of them is the "Satellite" view but that also gets rid of other notation such as street names so really is not a practical solution.
