Lightroom Classic: Unnecessary slowdown caused by large number of presets in Library module

The slowdown is significant and noticeable in library-module when click through images fast then stop for 1 second and then - try to go on. Its HORRIBLE when rating and look through the images of a shoot!

a (high) amount of presets in the folder /roaming/adobe/cameraRAW/settings (or /importedSettings)

SLOWDOWN is UNNECESSARY BECAUSE: (from a user point of view)

presets have NO user-function in the LIBRARY-MODULE

LR does not need presets in this module. So why are presets slowing down this module?

I tried if camera-profiles in the folder /roaming/adobe/cameraRAW/cameraProfiles

alone also slow down - I have over 9000 profiles in this folder.

only if I ad my about 4000 LR-presets it slows down.

a LOT of PEOPLE have lots of presets

Because it has become very common to share them - so I’m no exception

my guess is: a lot of known photographers will thank adobe when you fix this

A méditer !!!

As some people would say .... Is it useful to have so many presets ??? Start by questioning yourself and be an adult, make your choices, but I think that 50 presets should be enough, why load the boat with bags that only carry things found at the end of the trip ....

At home, we say it's not because we can do it to do it .... To meditate!
