The settings can not be downloaded.
It appears only "Downoload started"

Happening to all Adobe applications as of 2015-08-11 which sync. I've tested this on another Windows 10 Pro system and it too does not download the sync settings. So this is a Windows 10 issue.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Photoshop CC 2015, windows 10, Sync doesn't work.

This is what happened. I formatted my pc for new windows 10. Before I did, I opened photoshop cc 2015 and uploaded my whole setting to the cloud. I watched it uploading 400mb of all my setting; brushes, tools, workspaces etc.

I did not make offline back up by Export preset because last time I formatted photoshop cc 2015, sync worked perfectly, so I wasn't worried.

Then I installed windows 10, and photoshop cc 2015.
I clicked download settings.
Only workspace setting were downloaded. My brushes, tools weren't downloaded.
I clicked download setting multiple times but it didn't work.
Even workspace setting photoshop succsefully downloaded couldn't be found on the workspace setting on the right top of the screen. I had to manually open appdata/roaming/photoshop folder to see where the files been downloaded; they were on separated folder named 'Worksplace(modified)' and not on workspace folder as they should've been. I had to move them to 'workspace' folder myself.

I want to know where I can find my setting on the cloud. Is there way to i can individually download settings like I would do with normal files on the cloud? Is this problem specific to windows 10? Will it be fixed if I go back to windows 8.1?

If all my setting, brushes, and tool are lost I'll be really freaking pissed as my living is depended on it.

I was able to retrieve my setting after installing photoshop to other pc that had windows 7. In windows 7, the sync worked as it should've been. So It seems the problem is related to windows 10 specifically.
